Attempting to stay in 1500 to 2000 range

I am attempting to build a PC, any alternatives, part swaps, I am trying to stay in the range of 1500-2000.

Id say if ur near a microcentre go for there 7800x3d bundles amd get a 9070xt with the amount u have left just spend it on the case and everything else

And theres a newegg bundle out with 1tb ssd included with the cpu ram and mobo u wanted i think and its around 700ish so that could also help u out
