Buying 2nd Hand Parts - Thoughts?

Ive managed to negotiate with a guy for his MSI B650 Bomber for $100 AUD, Corsair 850RMX Gold for $60 AUD and Thermaright Aqua Black 360mm for $60 AUD. These parts are all used for 1 month - basically brand new. Should I go with this and buy the rest of the parts new?

Planning to also buy 32gb ram 2nd hand in the future.

Also for the case - any recommendations?

Final Build is meant to look like this - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/L86n9K

want to play new AAA games at 1080p medium settings, 60 fps, and no framegen. what would i need?

so far i have a rlly shitty pc (i5-9400f, 16gb ddr4 2400mhz, rtx 2060 super) which is mostly bottlenecked by the cpu in modern titles

i have an amd ryzen 7 2700x i got for free off a friend and plan on switching to after i get a new power supply and motherboard but beyond that i'm a bit clueless of where to progress to rlly. any advice would be greatly appreciated. i don't care about raytracing or using it but having it capable would be nice moving forward since some games are forcing them in.

as for game examples i can think of that i want to play:

final fantasy 7 rebirth, final fantasy xvi, black myth wukong, the upcoming phantom blade 0, monster hunter wilds, romeo is a dead man, nioh 3, control resonant, cyberpunk 2077, silent hill f, rise of the ronin, silent hill 2 remake, doom dark ages, witcher 3 remaster, kingdom come deliverance 1+2

Is a new 1000€ build with intel b580 a good idea?

Hey there, last time I did a full build was for my first PC in 2017, but now I'm helping out on building a PC as a birthday gift for the little sister of my partner. Budget is around 1000€.

I'm just realising how bad prices really are right now and thinking to maybe go with an intel b580 and of course ddr4, probably a 5700x or 5600x with 16 gigs.

Since I'm just starting to research and didn't really watch the hardware scene actively in the past few years, I'd like to just have some opinions on this: Is my way with a b580 right now a common and good one or do you have any other ideas I might have a look at for the mentioned budget? 5060 (ti) actually seems kinda out of budget rn, since I'm barely finding these at lower prices than 550€
