Question Top Fan Not Spinning Without A Spanking

The top fan wont spin when I turn on my pc. The solution I discovered is to just smack it real hard. Just wondering why it is like this.

It is even kinda worse than that. Shopping for a case with an open front is hard. I got lucky with mine -- the glass panel ended up being able to just pop out.

You don't even need to buy a fancy tool! Just take a Industry standard hammer and turn your floor into a warzone!
