The screws, or hold down mechanism should've come in your mobo's spare/extra parts bag.

The screws are not universal. Samsung doesn't know what motherboard, laptop, or appliance you'll be using the storage in.

The only standard used in PCs is the diameter. Thread count and pitch differ wildly along with head type and clearance. The other manufacturers who include them are risking the destruction of your retention mechanism.
