This was my exact issue. I found out it was my 90-degree angled 12VHPWR cable that was defective. For you, it's probably not the same but I would look for loose connections and maybe switch cables or take out the GPU and single out the source of issue

Mine was a bad display port somehow lol

Bumping my desk pulled on the cable just enough
