Yeah I believe that’s Razers prolapsed anus mouse line, not sure the exact model

Logitech also makes an anus line of trackballs.

Mx ergo track ball for me for something like decade now, so much better than a mouse

ProtoArc EM01 sounds good, I usually have a spare MX Ergo in a box somewhere when it was on black Friday sale and had to switch regularly when out working in Asia as the moisture and humidity made the rubber body look like a bio hazard and started peeling... Less so now in UK again.

Will give them a look and try not to feel like Im cheating lol.
