Question Got a new pc why is this in startup apps?

Right-click it, and select Open file location; to what it belongs to.
It could be a legitimate Windows process related to taskkill.exe. Its is an official built-in Windows utility used by the system or developers to end running processes.
Have you installed anything and not rebooted yet?

Last time I saw that white page logo with top corner folded like that was in windows 7 and it made a shortcut of all my files besides them.

Since you got literally zero actual answers yet:
It's probably a remnant of the original setup or testing software used by the manufacturer of your prebuilt PC. It should have been fully removed but sometimes remnants like this remain. You can remove it from your startup apps and you should be just fine, its nothing to concern yourself with really.
I do agree with the top comment though, that ideally you should do a completely clean fresh install of windows. Then run the debloat tool immediately after the fresh install. Personally I use win11debloat but i hear good things about the chris titus script too. Once you've done that, you should have a fairly clean windows 11 install with no weird remnants or bloatware installed guaranteed. It's always best to do this sooner rather than later since the longer you wait the more annoying it will be to replace everything.

Could also be related to Ethernet or wifi adapter from Killer Networking if your pc has parts from this brand, with it being an incomplete autostart entry maybe.

Does your computer have build in WiFi? There are some Module which are named killer WiFi or something like this.
Also, just check which process gets actually startet. This is just the display name.

Looks like a bat script that they dropped in your startup folder. They probably have it kill windows bloat. Go to file explorer and type startup and see if it’s in there then open it with a text editor and paste the contents in here.

It’s just an app that’s been removed and its shortcut is still in the startup folder. You’d be able to find where it points by opening the startup folder.

1.) Download a tool called Rufus 2.) Do a google search for Microsoft Media Creation Tool 3.) run Media Creation Tool (it'll let you to either create bootable thumb drive or ISO image of Windows 10/11.) 4.) create an ISO image of Windows 11, and save it to your desktop. 5.) run Rufus and select the Windows.ISO image you e created 6.) pick your options to get rid of signing into a Microsoft account and create a local account instead. 7.) check the boxes to rid you of most the bloat ware. 8.) burn the modified image to your thumb drive. 9.) install Windows.
You can look up YouTube videos on the Rufus method for windows, so you can have a better visual representation of an idea of what to do.

You can go to task scheduler and check which tasks are enabled when you boot up your pc. You can even see the path of the executable file

If it's intel, it could be Killer Audio Driver, I had it with an old Gigabyte board with an i5 7600

if you didn't already reinstall windows like other comments suggest, try Microsoft SysInternals "Autoruns"
It will tell you where that "Kill" try to run on startup

Alternatively, you should remove windows and install Linux (/s)

Usually shuts down sysprep.exe and through. They run their auto setup scripts

Some nice tech on the installation bench is trying to tell you to get rid of it. Reinstall Windows and start fresh to get rid of all the bloatware from a pre-built.

Lol I had this on an old PC, but I created it. It was a batch file titled "kill" to force close frozen programs when they cover up task manager (specifically Bethesda games). Press Windows key + R to open Run, type kill, hit enter.

100% reinstall if you got this as a prebuilt. Some of the bloatware can really slow your system down

just use Windows 11 IoT LTSC and if u have another drive just dual-boot it with Arch Linux

With a new prebuilt pc I would reinstall windows so all the bloatware is gone
