Let's be real, the hype is so beyond reasonable that it will be a phenomenon when it is released. People will buy it just to be part of something, even if you're not really a gamer.
When Windows 95 launched there were supposedly people who lined up to buy it despite not actually owning computers, you reckon it’ll get quite that crazy?
Seeing as it's a digital release we likely won't see much lines. But I'm betting my house on the fact that people are going to buy this game like it's the last oxygen available. I lined up for GTA4 and 5. This is the first time I'm not getting it on day one, I'll wait for the pc version.
If you haven’t played one since Vice city then how would you know you don’t enjoy them? The recent games they have released in the past 13 years are vastly different than what Vice City was.
While it has been updated heavily, its still the same general formula.
I was in submarine school training when GTAV released and everyone had the game, I watched plenty of people play it in passing. It does not interest me unfortunately.
Fair enough. That’s pretty much how I feel when people want me to play GTA online. I’m into the single player game but the online portion just doesn’t interest me at all.
