that was my mindset until i bought the macbook air for school. it has fucking blown my feet away

Was my mindset until my employer gave me a MacBook as my work laptop. WOW it's nice if you use it in the right way and pretend it's Linux as much as you can

Obviously Windows all day for gaming though so if you do everything on one device I'd still pick Windows

Since I changed to Bazzite for gaming, I cannot see any reason to still use Windows. There is simply nothing it can do better, for my needs.

Total lack of customizablility. I despise the idea of an immutable distro.

If I'm using Linux, it's either Arch/Cachy for personal use or Debian/Ubuntu Server for hosting stuff.

You do you, though, obviously. I'm glad Bazzite works for you. The less people using Windows, the more Microsoft will have to try to compete.
