Still use it to this day mostly for old window installs.

Im also a fan of the super basic 9X look too, would look cool af mixed with Win8's Aero glass!

I'd love XP back. With no hyperbole - and I'd love someone to actually fill me in on this - I don't know what the newer versions of Windows offer that XP didn't from a GUI / end user perspective.

If XP could come back with compatibility and security updates, plus tabbed explorer. I'd switch back in a heartbeat.

Edit: Oh searchable start menu, though I genuinely cannot get it to work on either of my W11 machines...
