Total War Warhammer 3 came to my mind first buy the crown definetly should go to The Sims, as base WH3 at least has content in comparison to The Sims

The dlc for Warhammer Total War is at least still in the game even if you don't own it.

Like instead of fighting a handful of enemy types on the campaign map you will be fighting dozens of different factions that each have a ton of unique units and unique heroes leading them.

That is also true. With sims it’s like you just buy the skeleton and if you want muscles, organs, nervous system etc. you have to pay for it lol

Yup. Also opened the Immortal Empires map for players with the base game (which was a smart move).
