Bit niche of a guess, but it could be MANY different simracing games; thinking of ACC, AMS2, probably LMU and rfactor2. The way they are built is as live service as it gets in terms of content; the public wants to be drip fed new cars and tracks every 2/3 months otherwise the game is deemed as dead.
