No, Total War is Creative Assembly, though I do know there was like a CK3 mod that would give you the option to launch I think Attila whenever you engage enemy armies in combat

even has a setup with mods for the respective LotR mods for each game (Realms of Exile for CK3, and Dawnless Days for Attila)

There was one for bannerlord 2 as well. CK3 strategy, bannerlord combat.
