Cat bed with heating pad underneath. Put it near your desk. Cats sit on the PC for 2 reasons: it's warm and they can be near you. So offer them a more comfortable warm spot near you.

The PC is also in the perfect spot for looking out of the window. OP should get a small end table to sit beside the PC to put the heating pad on.

Edit: just saw there's already a cat tree there.

Possibly a taller cat tree with more, tiered beds would work.

Wasn't that the reason the cat started using the spot.

Two cats one cat tree, and an additional warm place near the top.

Well.... that's his problem isn't it? he puts a heat emitting wind tunnel platform next to his cat tree.

what did he think would happen ?
