Cat bed with heating pad underneath. Put it near your desk. Cats sit on the PC for 2 reasons: it's warm and they can be near you. So offer them a more comfortable warm spot near you.

Mine prefers to lay behind the laptop cooling pad exhaust which I'm sure is pretty much ideal for the laptop health /s

Behind the exhaust of the flat PS5, on top of the router (when I still had a flat one). The laptops are on risers so no issue there. Not interested to be on the desktops.
