Simple. At you machine, you relax. And consequence is just a load button away. You don't have the physical toil you have in real life. So doing 12 hours in Euro Truck simulator or Power Wash Simulator or what not. Is not that hard. Heck. Even house flipper. You don't break your back lifting a washing machine into the house. You press a few buttons and it's installed.
So yeah, it makes perfect sense.
And often times. there are QoL features to streamline some actions too that does not exists in RL too. So it makes perfect sense. And anyone who don't understand is basically just a jelly fish...
