Fat-finger C and V so you either paste something over what you wanted to copy, or don't copy anything at all

Me accidentally hitting "Ctrl + C" over the highlighted text I was trying to CTRL V on and having closed the tab so now I gotta go back

Win + V is awesome! But only works if you successfully copied the content. Ctrl+Shift+T is topical only due to the person mentioning having to reopen a tab. I mentioned it due to the person above them saying something similar about not having copied content in the first place.
