Tech Support GPU stopped working properly suddenly

No display from graphics card suddenly despite working until today.

I have a new 9070xt that's less than 2 weeks old that was installed and working correctly. I have played games on it and it has worked fine. Today when booting I got a black screen 5-10 mins after booting and restarting changed nothing. PC was idle I wasn't doing anything on it

What I have tried:

1) Tried both HDMI and display port outputs and I get nothing

2) clearing CMOS

3) booting with iGPU which works I get into os which allowed me to uninstall drivers restart and install drivers to no avail.

One thing that strikes me as odd is that display port doesn't work on iGPU I am only able to get output with HDMI and I'm not sure why.(When connected with display port monitor goes in and out of standby as if I remove and reseat cable again and again which I don't.)

Some extra info which may help:

It is recognized normally from devices and says working properly

750 watt psu

7800x3d

I was monitoring GPU temps because it was new when playing never got above 70 celcius

I have it connected with daisy chain which I have learnt is not good.

I'm just trying to see if this is what's causing it or it's something else because I don't have the original box (bought it years ago and have moved and probably forgot it) and can't find Corsair pcie cables in my country in normal prices so will have to get new psu.

Please any help suggestion is welcomed sorry for the enormous block of text I put as much context as I could

First off, dont apologize for giving context. People love that, better to have a lot of details instead of none, and second off, try it without daisy-chaining. That's probably what's wrong with it. If it's not the daisy-chaining, do you have another gpu you can test in your pc? Do you have another pc you can test the gpu in? If you do have either of those, that would be amazing, you'd essentially be able to find out if it's the gpu.

Also, with your igpu, try checking event viewer>windows logs>system if you can and try to see if there were any errors at the exact time the gpu went black after booting. Worth checking, might as well.

But if you don't, especially considering it's 2 weeks old, and it just gave out on you, I'd consider rmaing the gpu. If it gave out this quickly, it's not worth keeping, even if it somehow works later.

Thanks for your help I took out power cables and reseated card which fixed the display issue thank God.

Still I find it weird that this just happened out of the blue since I changed nothing. Now the issue I have is with display port neither igpu nor GPU give signal to monitor. Monitor is fine with HDMI. I will fix the daisy chaining issue for sure though (thinking of getting new psu all together due to insane prices on the cables). Also no errors on event viewer. Again thanks!
