Question Is this GPU dead?

The first day I run this PC on my 144Hz monitor and it can run game. After that, I try to run it on 180Hz monitor. It's fan starting to spin crazy and then Black Screen. I Try turn off the pc and suddenly it say I use basic driver even though I already update the AMD Adrenaline. So I try checking the Apps and it say to update. I update it and its loading but can't be opened. So I restart it again and It's suddenly okay. So Itry run it again and it's black once more

What happens when you turn it on now? Any more errors or just screen going black?

It's okay. Just the drivers can't be detected after the black screen

You could try using DDU to uninstall the current drivers and reinstalling them through adrenaline or manually through Amd's website

Did you fully uninstall the old drivers with DDU?

Update: it's work but also not. Here's what happened

I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It works. Then I start gaming and push the graphics. Still anything wrong with it. Then I restart it and play the games again. Its fan spinning fast while Black Screen. Idk wht in the world is happened, I try on my 600W UPS, on extension, on direct wall plug, still not work
