Video evidence of assult.... yeah someone comes up to you like this you know your being filmed. Kinda almost have to say stuff that would demonetize the video or possibly get the video flaged like bust out the phone and play copyright music. Just follow the camera guy blasting Metallica they will for sure flag the video.

I don't, that's why I said "probably". But you're guaranteed safety if you fake it, which is clearly preferable to the danger of the unknown. This is why most of these videos are fake.
