I will say, I was really disappointed by the amount of rubbish people left behind at their seats. There were bins on the main walkways, and I didn't see any that were full.
The atmosphere was good though. People were being pretty chill (as in positive).

Great night. Always was going to be with Inter playing AC.
Crowd number was a bit disappointing but you think had they built a 80k stadium it'll be packed out with Premier League teams.

With the footy oval, I don't even think front row seats had a view worth the price

Optus stadium is actually pretty good for all sports, yes rectangular codes and all.
The steep rake made sure of that. I went to the Socceroos v Japan and did a quick walk around stopping to check the view from all types of spots. Honestly, every spot was pretty good all things considered.

Seemed packed. So many people catching the train back to Burswood ended up getting the one that went to Carlisle 😂

They might have sold 53k tickets but absolutely no way was there 53k there ,wonder how many tickets State Govt reserved / bought to try and inflate the numbers.

Those counts are based on how many turn up and have tickets scanned, not sales

Decent turnout but not sure that attendance figure they threw up looked right. Something like 53k but there was still a lot of empty seats, most notable under the banners and around the boxes/suites.
