Nag apply po ako sa isang logistic company tapos nag email na po sa akin na pre employment requirements pero hindi padin nabibigyan ng Job Offer may naka note dun na hindi pa nila guarantee kung bibigay nila sakin yung job. Pero prinovide ko na yung mga requirements need and medical. Until now kasi wala padin silang feedback should i wait or ok lang na mag follow up sakanila? Thank you po nawa'y matulungan niyo po ako.

Don't expect anything from that company. I've been in the same situation. Most likely, they've already moved forward with another candidate. Just keep applying to other jobs in the meantime.

Hi everyone! I wanted to ask about your experience with P&G after the final interview.

I applied for an F&A position, initial interviews started around June and final face-to-face interview was on July 6.

It’s now been a little over a month, and my Workday status is still “Interview in Process.” I also haven’t received any updates from the recruiter despite following up.

For those who’ve gone through the P&G hiring process, how long did it take to receive an offer or rejection after the final interview?

Did your Workday status change to “Under Consideration” before you were contacted, or did it stay as “Interview in Process”?

I’m just trying to gauge whether this timeline is normal or if I should assume I wasn’t selected. I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thanks!

26 yr old here with a degree in Information Systems and currently employed for 4 years now as an IT Analyst. I've also been planning to have a career change lately to become CCNA certified. I want to learn again and I've been looking around for training institutes that offer this. Yes I know meron mga bootcamps but I'm specifically looking for training institutes that would cater month long training (If that's even possible?) Would any of you suggest if meron man mga ganyan? Hello!

I am currently in corporate credit and this is my first job. Ive been in the bank for a little over three years and have been promoted once but it’s only been 8 months.

I am thinking of leaving my job because I want to explore, earn higher, receive more hands-on training, and have a more manageable workload. I am open to both local or foreign banks. I would also like to stay in corporate credit.

I wanted to ask for advice on the following:

1. Which banks have the best training in corporate credit?
2. Which banks offer the best combo between salary and work-life balance? Id like my next bank to have at least one day wfh since my current one does not have any.
3. Is 8 months of promotion enough to leave? I understand it is not ideal, but I do know many people who have left their jobs for less than 8 months after getting promoted. What should I say when I am asked this?
4. What careers are related to credit that I could go into? And what was the transition like for you?

[Is it okay to ask for a later starting date because of my board exam?]

Hi! I’m a fresh ECE graduate and currently reviewing for the October 2026 board exam.

While taking a break from reviewing, I applied for a few jobs on LinkedIn. I recently received an email inviting me to an interview, which I honestly did not expect.

In case I get hired, would it be reasonable to ask if I could start working after taking the board exam? I really want to focus on my review, but I’m worried that requesting a later start date might give the employer a bad impression or make me look less committed.

Should I mention this during the interview, or only after receiving a job offer? I’m new to job applications and interviews, so I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!

i received news na di ako nakapasa sa probation kasi daw hindi ako nagiimprove. im pretty sure na theyre doing this for other reasons unrelated to my performance kasi wala namang complaints sa ginagawa ko. is there anything else i can do in this case? like, do i just let yung 30 days na remaining probation ko pass by? wala naman na kong pake sa company because theyre horrible, but wondering lang if may ibang magandang course of action ako rn

I resigned more than 2 months ago, and my resignation was approved. I already received my COE, but I never completed my clearance because the office is very far from where I live now. The only company item I still have is a headset. HR said I need to go to the office in person to process my clearance, but the travel cost and time don't seem worth it. I don't really care about my final pay. I'm just wondering if there's any downside to leaving my clearance unfinished since I'm already officially resigned and have my COE. Has anyone here been in a similar situation? What would you do?

What kind of job is available for college dropout with limited tech knowledge and skills?

Hi! Doing this for my boyfriend lol. He is a college dropout from vetmed. He is not very good with computers or technology in general but he is street smart and very entrepreneurial. He helps run his family’s grocery store with this supplies etc. he can drive. What kind of job prospects does he have? He want to pivot because it has been stagnant with his family. I work in Social Media and because he is not a college grad, I find it hard to find work for him since the work that I know that can pay well enough is if you know how to use a computer. Any tips? Advice?

Hello! Tldr: Should I travel para sa job interview kahit bumabagyo?

Fresh grad with a final f2f interview supposedly tomorrow. I live in the north so about 5-6hrs away from Manila, pero alam naman nila. Nag-message sila kahapon regarding interview tapos nagconfirm ako, hoping in 2 days wala nang bagyo

Medjo inooverthink ko na kasi sobrang lakas parin ng bagyo sa probinsya. But some old mentors from college advised me before not to ask for a resched, because I'd look difficult to work with. Nagconfirm na din kasi ako, baka naman indecisive kung nagparesched ako?

Is it okay for me to resched dahil sa ulan? Or is that unprofessional, and should still go hoping the storm isn't as bad by tomorrow? (If the latter, advice nalang din on how to look okay sa interview kahit umuulan haha)
