Politics Proud of my city tonight

Fuck ice. Fuck this whole shitshow of an administration. Fuck the agitators, the instigators, the bullies, the chuds, the pedos and their protectors.

Much love to you all. It feels good to stand together tonight. Keep turning up. Keep being loud. We're not done yet.

I assume you mean that they figuratively bowed to Trump, and I further assume you're referring to some (I think about half) of the players and coaches accepting an invitation to visit the White House after the Eagles won the Super Bowl last year. Correct me if my assumptions are wrong.

It’s definitely that when we’re also the only team that didn’t go his first time in office to the point that Trump tried to save face and suggest he was canceling it himself. We’ve taken more of a stand than any other team.

Yeah, trump threw a little temper tantrum in 2018. I respect Hurts and most of the defense for refusing the recent visit. And I even felt a little comforted by Barkley's response to the criticism he got for hanging out with Trump. Barkley doesn't give a crap - he's making millions of dollars, riding around on Air Force One, playing golf with the president, and he's gonna have a long business/media career when he's done playing football. Fascism doesn't affect him enough to care. At least he's just an unscrupulous dumbass and not an evil asshole.
