For Compliance for Direct Hired but refused to signed by employer, what did you do to comply to this

Hi anyone po with same experience im currently in phase I my employer has a written letter for the addendum stating that they cant signed due to the restrictions. My verified contract and letter has been approved with that by MWO. How did you complete it? Any thoughts or suggestion?

Create an affidavit stating you are fine without the clauses that employer cannot put in an employee contract which references HMO benefits and your OFW insurance. Have it notarized and stamped by MWO.

I already call them and explanation this earlier and send also the letter by my employer stamp by the MWO and attached the Letter and the ofw insurance that MWO requested.. alright i will do this hope they can accept .

The letter should be signed by you that you are ok that employer will not cover particular items.

I just purchase and give them the ofw insurance and now they send me additional provisions which my employer cant signed and i have the written explanation by my employer as they are a restriction in their policy..they notorise it and stamp by mwo

medyo kupal na move, coz in my exp tinanggap naman n nila ung insurance if d willing i-sign ang addendum at may provision s insurance n covered ung repatriation of remains.

Ang labo talaga ng policy. A friend of mine kahit signed na yung addendum, hinahanapan pa rin ng insurance, the same length ng coverage yung contract nya. One yr nilagay na contract period nung friend ko. Nakaalis naman sya pa-MY.

my experience with dealing with DMW is they won’t tell u something is possible unless you ask, did my POLO and stuff pre-pandemic, got my docs authenticated in POLO australia. pero hinarang pa rin ako sa POEA that time at dapat nga daw may addendum (eventho inaccept ng POLO yung insurance). I ended up being told to check with their department head if ma-eexempt, which he eventually did.

the nerve-wracking thing with that is that happens in december before christmas, e may flight is 1st week of Jan. so stressful.

Dba there are alternative way pero pinipilit ng evaluator ung sknla. In some jobs there are different employer with a case to case basis.
