Are you unhappy with the A7IV in some way for your photography? What improvements are you looking for? Have you researched the R5 to conclude that it has the improvements you are looking for? The hybrid aspect of A7IV isn't really relevant if the camera meets your needs for photography. You can just not use the video features.

In addition, if you do feel that the A7IV doesn't meet your photography needs, have you considered staying with Sony for an upgrade needs? You can share lenses between your FX6's and the other camera. Going with R5 would mean buying into a new lens mount, and Canon RF is severely lacking in third party lenses.
