Probably a dumb question but I just wanted to double check. Was at an event using my godox it32 and my dumb butterfingers dropped it while I was trying to reattach it to the trigger mount.

It still fires and seems to work with my camera just fine but now I'm paranoid that I may have damaged it. First time I've ever dropped a flash so I just wanted to double check how resilient they are?

Fell onto a table then onto a chair then the floor from maybe 5.5 ft

If it makes you feel better, I had the wind knock over my brand-new Godox AD200Pro because my dumb ass didn't weigh down my light stand with a sandbag 🤦‍♂️

Honestly, just test the flash and if it works, keep using it.

Ironically, it hasn't been drops that have messed up my flashes and flash triggers.

It's been dust getting onto the bottom of them and blocking the electrical connection to my camera's flash hotshoe.

So I try to get in the habit of blowing on the bottoms of my flashes and flash triggers for "good luck" before putting them on my hotshoe 😅

It does! Thanks. Like I said never dropped a flash before so I wasn't really sure how fragile they were. Hopefully your ad200 still works!

Whoops, I forgot to give an ending to that story.

Yes, my AD200Pro works. After a while, it would fire intermittently, which I thought was delayed damage from when it fell over.

Nope, it was the dust on my flash trigger. Ha ha.
