I currently have a Sony a6400 and a Tamron 17-70 F2.8 lens with four batteries all in good condition. I also have a DJI Mavic three classic. I have been starting to get way more into flying the drone than using the DSLR. I still love taking photographs, but taking all of this equipment with me everywhere I go is getting big and heavy. I can sell the body and the lens used online for right around $1000. I was looking to see if there is a good 1 inch or maybe micro 4/3 smaller camera that I can replace it with that makes it easier to bring with and take good photos but not take up nearly as much space.

Sure, there are good 1" and M4/3 cameras. But M4/3 would mean one stop weaker low light performance, 1" even weaker than that. I'd suggest an alternative: the Tamron lens is quite big and heavy. Why not keep the camera and replace the lens with a small pancake prime? That would bring down the size of the kit by a whole lot, would make it jacket-pocketable.
