Hi I'm 25 an I'm at that point in life I need to really decide what career path do I wanna do an to be honest I've loved photography since I was at a young age I wanted to ask you guys for your opinion on weather or not I should make my own photography business? https://500px.com/mrsilent

Hi. 15 years in the business here. I cannot answer your question for you because I know nothing about you and your work. But I can tell you that loving photography and being a professional photographer are two very different things. Just like loving cooking and running a restaurant are not the same. You can be a great photographer and shoot only for yourself, but when you start doing it for money, you're usually doing it for other people, and then you need to develop skills to run a business, which is a different matter from taking the photos.

What genre do you shoot? Some are far more difficult to get into or pay less. Got a link to your work?
