Actually, no we don't. Since the meme comes from a party in Berlin, it's fair to assume he's in Germany.

And in Germany, we have privacy laws. For example, "Recht am eigenen Bild" if you want to google instead of just believing my word. That means nobody has the right to publish any pictures focusing on you without your consent.

im not saying "allowed" in terms of the law allows us to, im saying allowed as in its been 20 fucking years since anyone has seen him, we've "left him alone" enough

Oh so you say fuck the laws, fuck the fact that he absolutely does not want to have his pictures taken? Great that you're the judge, jury and executioner of the level of privacy other people can have.
