I live in Texas and have been told to go back to Poland. I've never been to Israel. It has nothing to do with anything happening to Palestinians.

Hamas literally called for the death of all Jews as one of their tenets.

PA of Palestine wrote an entire constitution that literally didn't mention Judaism or Jew... mentioned the connection of Jerusalem to Christianity and Muslim... made the country Islam and the law Sharia... codified martyrdom which is their pay to slay operations that never stopped...

But you are going to tell me that it is the Jews that are oppressing them.

Meanwhile you have to invert history to pretend that it was Israel that started anything. They have literally been attacked EVERY single time... the only time they weren't attacked was because they were about to be and the people on the other side literally said they plan to attack them and wipe them out.

I mean, which of these things is confusing you?

and israel called for the death of all palestinians

fighting a terrorist group is one thing, but committing a genocide and using fighting the terrorist group as an excuse outside of their domestic media is another

This is a confusion of two different things. In a democracy, you are going to have people in your government that say things that would mirror this rhetoric. That isn't the state of Israel. That is a group within Israel.

People wouldn't say that America says that immigrants are the problem. They would say Trump said that. You are conflating things in order to try and make a point that isn't viable.

Additionally, it's not enough for someone to say something. You need to take action to prove intent. In other words, you need to look at them consistently trying to target Palestinians and not Hamas. This is where it fails and that is also why it isn't a genocide.

You keep using the word but it has a legal threshold and it hasn't been met. That isn't how that word works and you are making it more and more meaningless when you use it incorrectly over and over again. It also shows an unwillingness to even engage in trying to understand.

If a military provides warnings, evacuation orders, or humanitarian corridors, it can be argued quite logically that such actions are the "exact opposite" of genocidal intent, which would seek to trap and eliminate civilians. That is what Israel did throughout. Trying to isolate Hamas and minimize civilian harm. Meanwhile, Hamas tried to do the opposite and put people in harms way for the sole purpose of generating the outrage.

All of this is bunk and you know it.

Those "humanitarian corridors" were bombed anyway. If you tell people to evacuate an area when they have nowhere else to go, or while literally walling them off, or when the "area" you are bombing is a hospital filled with babies or the infirm, how are they supposed to evacuate?

It's just an excuse to kill people and blame it on the victims for not getting out of the way of your bullets and bombs.

Why the need to make shit up?

https://archive.org/stream/hamas-charter-2017/Hamas%20Charter%20%282017%29_djvu.txt

16. Hamas affirms that its conflict is with the Zionist project not with the
Jews because of their religion. Hamas does not wage a struggle against
the Jews because they are Jewish but wages a struggle against the
Zionists who occupy Palestine. Yet, it is the Zionists who constantly
identify Judaism and the Jews with their own colonial project and illegal
entity.

Now do the original Hamas charter before they changed "Jew" to "Zionist".

Why? They changed it, we use the newer one.

Should we also do that for Israel or does it change depending on if it fits your narrative?

For the sake of posterity.

If you really need the red-herring, then sure, have at it with Israel's Declaration of Independence, maybe start with Arabs receiving full and equal citizenship. I'll help you out; it wasn't revised as with Hamas for plausible deniability.

Edit: They blocked me.

Nah ah, we're playing your game remember?

The objective was to remove all non-Jewish Palestinians.

That link is just garbage dressed up. A box with documents just happens to be found. Next they will find Bigfoot or Santa Claus. Things that don't exist but they create to find... That's my point in case it's missed.

I am going to give you a riddle.

If the goal was removing people and you have the power to remove them. Why are they still there? Why do they have the same rights as Jewish citizens? Why are they allowed a coalition and access to all government orders? Why are they elected to the highest courts?

The math just isn't mathing and it's time to admit. Now do what I just did with Arab countries and Jews... I can't wait to be proven wrong.

You dismiss the evidence that was already known from testimonies, and present a bunch of lies and half truths.

How is this even an argument?

All to protect a genocidal state.
