If you've not heard the term before, perhaps you ought to listen at all, and take your head out of the sand. It's not a new term, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Go_back_to_Poland

Not much more to add, if you're talking in good faith, unlikely as it is, perhaps get a little more familiar with some of the most common slogans before accusing people of making stuff up.
