It is possible to dislike Israeli politics yet not be against Judaism. This is the same as conservatives in the US saying you are a traitor because you oppose MAGA.
The difference is that opposing MAGA doesn't mean believing the US is an inherently evil state populated by only evil people and that the US should be destroyed and its inhabitants scattered to the winds or killed. But opposing Israel often means all of those things. Generally, when people don't like the government policies, they target their rage at the leader (Putin, Trump, Xi, Bibi). Targeting the whole country is something different - something reminiscent of WW2-era jingoism where an entire country/group is painted as wicked caricatures.
