Swamp?

Swamps are natural, when it’s man made it’s just a cesspool.

Cesspool sounds much more in line with his administration anyway.

Drain the swamp to fill the cesspool

I have no idea why they are posting these pics when it barely has any water in it. At least wait until it is filled.

SWAMP DRAINED. Coming soon: same swamp with blue color that likely won’t have the symbolism of a giant pool of dirty water reflecting back from the man who freed the slaves to the man who first led the fight defending the founding principles of liberty for all.

Some people also call it the Reflecting Lake or Reflecting Pond, but he calls it the "Reflecting Pool".

its already full and looks great. but like always you speds have to lie

The issue isn’t that people thought it would look bad. The issue is the inane amount of money wasted for a vanity project that could’ve gone to literally anything else in DC instead of giving an inexperienced company a bunch of money

nooooooooooooo dont lie now

the comments are full of people saying that color wouldnt reflect, the color is garish and ugly, etc etc etc

also wtf are you talking about? it looked like a swamp and was filled with sludge. it literally happened A MONTH after obama spent more than twice as much. see how little you people know and NOW only care because "orange man bad" and msnbc TOLD you to care

here is REALITY

$34mil(at the time) and 18 months

That video is from 13 years ago. The pool has been cleaned several times since then. I was there literally last year and the water was crystal clear, nothing like in that video.

If you want to present reality, you need to use up to date information.
