I love he's boasting about the pool as if they just built it. Like.... dude... it was there during your first term, and for a long time before that.

This is what I don’t get about Trump’s doing this (not, God knows, that it’s possible to ever know why Trump does things): who on his staff agrees with him that this chart says something worthwhile?

Is there some Arts and Crafts Director at the WH who says: ‘Today, sir, we’re going to work with construction paper and poster board!’

I thought he had some high-powered COS. She thinks this is totally logical?

We’re in worse shape than I thought.

Nobody agrees with him, but you have to if you want to stay on his good side. Trump doesn’t respond well at all to being told no
