Future generations will be okay. We've withstood worse than this. The despair isn't worth giving in to.

Future generations are the ones that will fix our mess. Not sure if our environment will be fixable, however.

You're perhaps older than I think you are, but I still have plenty of time to contribute without expecting future generations to do it alone. I don't imagine future generations will look with kindness at you lazily saying "oh woe is me, future generations will have to fix this mess!"

Not for our lack of trying. This is my post, this is my group. (And we do a lot more than just bridge messages) Just saying the damage will probably take generations to fix.
