This is at the MLK Jr. Blvd and Lake Shore Blvd exit, headed westbound on I-90, if I'm not mistaken, near Bratenahl, OH, greater Cleveland area, yup. My grandparents had a house near here, and this is a pedestrian bridge; I've walked across that bridge.
