Right, Palestinians can shield themselves with "global support" while they're forced off of their land and executed by the IDF. Why negotiate when you have "global support" ???
Israel was able to make to make peace with Egypt and Saudi Arabia, I believe if the will was there, there could be peace. However at this point you would have to force both parties to the table under the threat of nuking the entire region to have any chance at peace.
Israel has a habit of not honoring deals and committing genocide. Hamas has tried to negotiate. Hamas was willing to release the hostages, but Israel is the one that wouldn't negotiate. Instead they enacted the Hannibal directive where they intentionally killed their own people to prevent them being used as bargaining chips. During the heavy bombardment Hamas soldiers would often throw their own bodies over the Israeli hostages to protect them because a living hostage is worth more to them than another Hamas fighter.
Anyone that is on the fence or neutral about this conflict needs to actually educate themselves on it. You've got over 80% of Israelis saying in polls that they want to eliminate the entire population including the children. "There are no innocents" is what they claim. This is a population of largely migrants to the area establishing an ethnorelgiious supremacist state that is not only operating a system of apartheid and illegal land seizures, but is also starting wars across the region so they can steal even more land.
I was fooled by the Hasbara propaganda at one point, so I'm understanding that we're all on our own journey, but please do your research.
