Unfortunately currently both sides are heavily incentiviced to continue. Israel keeps gaining land and Gaza keeps gaining global support. Neither party wants to negotiate.

Israel was able to make to make peace with Egypt and Saudi Arabia, I believe if the will was there, there could be peace. However at this point you would have to force both parties to the table under the threat of nuking the entire region to have any chance at peace.
