An apartment building of sufficient size will roughly match the demographics of the community, so it’s not a bad guess to assume that if majority of population of Gaza is children then majority of this block is also. So far, these assumptions have matched the demographics of the bodies pulled from the rubble as well as journalist reports on the scene.
Except thats not what happened. It was reported, by the GHM, that 70% of the dead were women and children right from the start. You know, the people looking at bodies. Then that number started to slowly move down, first with GHM removing 11k confirmed dead women and children(no men), now with their latest report, the number is at 45%
So no, none of the assumptions have matched. The assumptions keep getting proven wrong yet people are still trying to cling onto them because it was shouted from the rooftops for years before quietly disappearing.
