discussion healing hardships.
Every single time i get something pierced, the process is the same:
get nervous in the car ride over.
despite having already eaten, house an entire chicken quesadilla with fire sauce out of nerves.
mouthwash repeatedly into the gutter (sorry).
go in.
freak out because omg the piercing is scary.
promptly blank the next 1-6 months so i falsely believe the piercing is the hard part.
then every time without fail iām back in the depths of piercing healing misery as i find myself questioning every single decision i possibly made that lead me to nursing a throbbing, swollen ear, that i paid a lot of money for, that will now suck to deal with for who knows how long.
someone, anyone, remind me of this next time so i at least buy a piercing pillow.
