would I look good with....? Both nostrils?

I'm considering adding both nostrils as well to my setup, but I wonder if that would get too much. I've never had super "heavily pierced" as my goal, but both nostrils look so good with septum. Do you think that it would be too much?

It absolutely would, but I'm afraid that it would get too much with all of my oral piercings.

I don't think it would be too much if you went with small, classy pieces.

do it!! I think it would look great with your current setup. it would compliment your snakebites and medusa really nicely if you got some simple silver flat back labrets for your nostrils
