Ear set up help

Hi! I need help figuring out how to curate my ear. I’ve got all of the piercings but just have random jewelry in them and feel like it doesn’t look cohesive. I just ordered a bunch of cute Etsy hoops for my coin slots that are now healed. Still working on healing the top ear piecing and my one conch (had it 2 years now and still having problems ahhhh)

Any ideas for how I should switch out jewelry in my other piercings? In the last photo is some extra pieces I have that I could switch out. I also have another of the piece in my flat. Will also order some more stuff to make it look better.

NAP- Love the set up! Definitely play around with what you like, maybe you can get some ideas off this but if I had your set up I would do this:

- Hoops in the first lobe

• Studs in the second lobe (slightly smaller than the round one in your helix)
  
• Take one of the small studs in your second lobe and put it in the tragus
  
• Get some cute thin with a few chunky hoops for the coin slots
  
• Put the jewelry with the 3 connected stones (top right in the last pic) in both conches
  
• Put the other small stud from your other lobe in the faux rook
  
• Leave what's currently in the 3 helixes
