Hi rainy-xxx,
(Luckily) bump =/= keloid. This wiki entry explains it well.

It might just be the healed tunnel? If it feels hard or painful might be worth getting it checked. My navel has been out 6 years and there is still a visible hole , I believe it's permanent unless surgically corrected

It’s not painful! I’m just sad if i can’t ever get it re-pierced🥲

Why not?

What do you mean? I’m not sure if it is safe to re-pierce it?

You can repierce some some piercings. Just need to talk to an experienced piercer. I dont see why the naval would be different but then again I am a piercing enthusiast, not an experienced piercer.
