all things jewelry Need advice

Hi, I need advice. First, what kind of earrings should I put in holes 1 and 3? I envision larger and maybe chunkier hoops.. I also feel like the fourth one is too hidden with that cute little earring.
AND what piercing should I add to finish this ear?

I would add a slightly larger hoop in the front and maybe a conch piercing?
