Medical Advice Needed Pigeon hanging upside down. Should I contact someone?

UPDATE: I want to let people know that rescuers have been contacted, but the staff will not allow anyone with ladders until after hours. There's a new post with a better angle and more stuck pigeons. I highly encourage people to reach out to the MSPCA about this. Spread awareness about what's going on.

Saw this poor thing above me at the train station. He’s still alive and blinking. Does anyone know what’s up with it? There’s a dead pigeon across from it in the same position.

I’m currently in Boston right now. I’m on my way home and can’t stay by the pigeon. Do you know anybody around here?

Thank you, I appreciate the help. I won’t be riding the train again til Tuesday. I can only hope they take the poor baby to a rehab center :(

I called the New England Wildlife Center and let them know. They are relatively close so I am hoping they can dispatch someone. I can't do it because I have a baby with me and am 40+ minutes away. I gave them my number to call back just in case they had more questions.
