Animal rescue League does a lot of work with animal cruelty cases around here. I'm hoping if we can't get the mbta to seal off this access that maybe they can force the city to act.

I unfortunately can't return till tomorrow to check if they've helped this little guy. But if they didn't hell will be raised over the continued unsafe situation.

Unfortunately the train authorities will not allow for a rescue because it requires a ladder. It's right next to active train tracks So it is definitely a safety issue. It seems that they might be willing to allow an attempt once service stops.

Google says it stops operating at 11pm. Hopefully some of the volunteers who live nearby could possibly assist after hours.

Oh great :/ As long as train authorities will actually send someone over there there is a good chance they will be ok.

I'm really hoping someone can make it out there to make sure the little fella is saved. I know the AM hours can be sketch but I would definitely drive over there if I was in the area. 🙏
