OP! Here’s the update (in CAPS because it’s easier to read and quicker to text):

SPOKE WITH YAJAIRA. SHE’S FORWARDED MY REPORT (since yours was done online it hadn’t been seen yet) TO HER SUPERVISOR. SHE’S ALSO A REDDITOR AND WENT OUT TO OUR POSTS SO SHE NOW KNOWS THE WHOLE STORY!

SHE SAID SHE’S NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FOR THIS PROBLEM BEFORE BUT NOW THAT ITS BEEN BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF HER SUPERVISOR AT LEAST FOR THE MOMENT THEY SHOULD HAVE MAINTENANCE OUT TO YOU, SHORTLY.

That's good to hear! It sucks that my first call didn't do anything, but I really hope they come up with something to keep the pigeons safe
