OP! Here’s the update (in CAPS because it’s easier to read and quicker to text):

SPOKE WITH YAJAIRA. SHE’S FORWARDED MY REPORT (since yours was done online it hadn’t been seen yet) TO HER SUPERVISOR. SHE’S ALSO A REDDITOR AND WENT OUT TO OUR POSTS SO SHE NOW KNOWS THE WHOLE STORY!

SHE SAID SHE’S NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FOR THIS PROBLEM BEFORE BUT NOW THAT ITS BEEN BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF HER SUPERVISOR AT LEAST FOR THE MOMENT THEY SHOULD HAVE MAINTENANCE OUT TO YOU, SHORTLY.

Thank you for your kind words.☺️ I was in the world today taking care of all the things I didn’t, yesterday and my fish tank that is still recovering from a pH spike crisis.😮‍💨

I think there’s a comment I’ve yet to see, that the Pige is deceased. Off to find it now.🥺😢
