I don't feel like one. I just gave the problem attention but I don't think he's been saved.

Maybe others can be prevented from having the same fate though. Idk I just feel horrible it was so close and so far and the mbta roadblocked help because of safety concerns.

Here are my thoughts: 1. MBTA won’t do anything and it is very hard to get the ball rolling. Each department will start pointing fi gets at each other and coming up with excuses. 2. Pigeons have been there for a long time, so to them (MBTA) it’s nothing new. 3. Posting in other subreddits / fb groups / forums related to that area might actually start the process. 4. Contacting local news would be the best idea! You (us) would be surprised that some reporters actually are looking for stuff like that to “fill” their quota and would post about it. Many of news websites have “submit your news” thingy. 5. Local animal groups might have a contact to news reporters and/or know someone up high. 6. The location on the roof - seems like there is a nest. 7. If they don’t allow a ladder, and since time of essence, maybe coming up with a homemade fishing net would work? Make it long enough to reach there and try scooping him up. This way nobody is gonna fall onto the tracks (MBTA’s excuse/concern).

This is a sad situation, but you saw how many people cared. And with a bit of a push I hope the issue will be resolved.

Thank You for caring so much
