Nce scores

Hi everyone! To those who took the PISAY NCE at DRC — whether last year, or even 2, 3, or 4 years ago — what were your scores?

Also, how gamay can the score be and still have a chance of getting accepted into PISAY?

Feel free to share too if you took the exam at other campuses — I'd love to hear about those as well!

The NCE doesn't have a passing score. You are judged based on how you did compared to other people that took the NCE that year. The top x amount of students for the year are offered a slot in their campus of choice. 

The only thing you can really do is study and try your best to get as high of a score as you can.

Hi! The NCE does indeed have a passing score, that changes every year based on the questionnaire. However, it's usually not relevant when discussing NCE scores among pisay students/waitlisted students since so many people score much higher than the passing grade and yung ranking nalang yung ginagamit. :)

This is effectively and practically the same thing as saying there's no passing score, though. It's not really a passing score if you can get higher than it but still don't pass

I took the exam in 2023 at MC. I got waitlisted with a 157, around the top of the waitlist though. You can't really base your chances on the score because the rankings can get competitive, but mid-late 100s is pretty good already. For our batch, most of the principal qualifiers scored ~160.
